We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.Please note: Processing time is the time we take to prepare your order, not the        shipping time. Shipping time begins once your package leaves our Dundalk facility.

  • If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified within 3 business days by email.

  • Refunds for out-of-stock items are processed to the original payment method and usually take about 10 business days.

Shipping Estimates

  • Due to recent shipping rate increases, we have adjusted our shipping rates for the first time since 2017.

  • To get an estimate of delivery time, you can use Canada Post's Delivery Standards Tool. Orders ship from postal code N0C 1B0.

  • Please remember our 1 to 3 business day processing time when calculating delivery.

Rush Orders

  • We can accommodate rush orders via the carriers listed above.

  • An additional $15.00 charge applies for rush orders.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $39.99 or less (before taxes): $13.99

  • Orders between $40.00 and $99.99 (before taxes): $15.99

  • Orders between $100.00 and $199.99 (before taxes): $19.99

  • Orders between $200.00 and $399.99 (before taxes): $25.99

  • Orders over $399.99 (before taxes): $40.99

Large Orders

  • For large orders, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Small Orders

  • If your order fits inside an envelope, email us to arrange Regular Post at a discounted rate.

  • Note: Regular Post orders cannot be tracked, and delivery times cannot be predicted.

Orders Shipping to the United States

  • At this time, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to U.S. customers.

  • Recent changes to cross-border shipping requirements and newly imposed U.S. import tariffs have significantly increased shipping costs and processing fees.

  • We hope to resume U.S. shipping once rates and regulations stabilize. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Orders Shipping to International Addresses

    • For customers outside Canada and the U.S., we will contact you to provide the actual shipping cost.

    • Once determined, an invoice will be sent to be paid before the order ships.

    • Delivery times for international shipments cannot be predicted.
