Catholic Gifts Canada ships orders using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include transit time. Delivery estimates begin once your package has been picked up by the carrier.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 3 business days. Refunds for out-of-stock items are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Rush Orders
Rush orders can usually be accommodated through Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
An additional $15.00 rush handling fee applies.

Orders of $176.00 and over (before taxes): $49.33
Large or Oversized Orders
For unusually large, heavy, or oversized orders, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost. If an adjustment is required, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.
Small Orders
If your order can be mailed in a standard envelope, please contact us before placing your order to arrange shipment by Canada Post Regular Mail at a reduced shipping rate.
Please note that Regular Mail is not tracked, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Orders Shipping to the United States
Orders shipping to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any U.S. order if shipping costs, customs requirements, or other circumstances make the order impractical or prohibitively expensive to ship.

Orders Shipping Internationally
For orders shipping outside Canada and the United States, shipping charges are calculated individually based on the destination, package size, and current carrier rates.
Once the shipping cost has been determined, we will contact you with the total and send an invoice for the shipping charges. Payment must be received before your order is shipped.
