This First Communion card is done in shades of blue, with gold accents and scalloping in white. (The gold does not photograph well) The Communion Chalice is featured to the right, with the Communion Host sitting within. At the base is a small loaf of bread and grapes. Sprigs of wheat, and grape clusters done in gold surround the chalice. It is hard to see, but to the left of the chalice, within the blue circle, is a raised image of wheat, accented in gold. Front text: With love Godson on your First Communion. Top scripture verse: It is the LORD, who goes before you; he will be with you and will never fail you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:8. Inside text: It's a proud day Godson to see you stand before the altar to receive the Sacred Host. May God bless you and keep you all the days of your life. Congratulations!
