Italian-Made St. Francis Cross

Measuring just over 6" x 5", this cross, with its theme of the conversion of Saint Francis, represents the most significant moments in the Saint of Assisi's spiritual journey. It is reminiscent of the cross of San Damiano, both in its shape and also in its red and black accents. The central figure is of the Saint with a banner supported by two angels on which is written: DOMINUS DET TIBI PACEM (May the Lord give you peace) which has remained the Franciscan greeting through the entire history of the order.
